I have a question or complaint about my order. Who should I reach out to?

The Fox Valley Pride store is hosted by Printify, who should handle all customer service requests. However, if you have constructive feedback about merchandise or the store experience, please let us know directly by emailing hello@fvpride.org

I ordered multiple items. Why didn't they ship together? 

Each product is printed by a different vendor, so each item will ship separately. If not all of your items arrive within the estimated arrival window, contact Printify through the link in your confirmation email.

Where are the products printed?

All products in the FV Pride store are printed in the USA.

Will you still have merchandise available for purchase at the festival?

We will have limited stock of select items available for sale day-of. We encourage you to buy your FV Pride gear ahead of time and wear it to the festival. It's like the cool version of wearing the band t-shirt to the concert.
